Grandpa
bought our farm back in April of 1944 from his Uncle Will
Paugh. He milked a few dairy cows and kept a couple of
horses around. My Dad was the only one of three sons who
stayed on with the farm, expanding into horses for recreation.
And now my husband, three daughters and I would like to
invite you to ride with us. We are third generation farmers
bringing up the
fourth generation.
Our
guided trail rides are private with your own guide. We want to
personalize your horseback riding experience; we won't group you
with other riders to fill a quota! The trail winds into a hillside,
through some wooded areas and around open fields and old apple
orchards here on our family farm - the terrain is varied and offers
some nice views.
Our trail horses
are well-trained and represent several different breeds
including American Quarter Horses, American Paint Horses, Belgians,
Percherons, Appaloosas, Pintos, Arabians, and what we lovingly
refer to as "Heinz 57 Variety." Of our stock we have
horses for all types of riders,
from the novice to the well experienced. We saddle up with western
tack.
We
are a family business that answers the telephone when
you call, welcomes you to the ranch when you arrive
and do our best to help you and your family enjoy a
safe, fun horse experience.

When was the last time you took the kids for a pony
ride or you went for a horseback ride?
Come
feel like a kid again.
You'll
be glad you did...
